We integrate experimental and computational approaches to investigate the genomic and cellular events driving genitourinary cancer metastasis. Through cross-species analysis, we leverage human multiomics data to build preclinical mouse models that accurately recapitulate disease progression to identify novel therapeutic targets for intervention.
